Wine and Cheese Weekend
Enjoy our Taylor's Corner's house Shiraz or Gewürztraminer or Malbec paired with local and specialty cheeses. The perfect weekend for a couple who wants to get out to the country to get away from it all. Drink our wine by the fireside or outside by the gardens in our comfy adirondacks. Spend the night looking up up at the stars on a clear night without light pollution. Even visit the winery next door (seasonal) or go to one of the areas fine dining options. Let us know and we will take care of the reservations.
The package includes two room nights, a selection of cheeses, two home cooked breakfasts, and two complimentary bottles of our house Shiraz or Gewürztraminer or Malbec, $360(tax included).

B & B at Taylor's Corner would like to invite you to partake in a unique experience for savvy sweethearts - the Vintage Valentine Package. Arrive at our B & B Friday and be greeted with the Taylor’s Corner house wine, chocolates and flowers in your bedroom. A crackling fire lulls you away from everyday stress.
Saturday, after a full country breakfast, explore the local shops and antique stores. Return to Taylor’s Corner Saturday evening to gather and travel next door to Taylor Brooke Winery. At the winery, your experience will include a wine tasting, with suggestions for pairing while you enjoy dishes “taylor” made by Bella’s Bistro. During the evening, you will be given a tour of the wine making process, including the unique opportunity to participate in every aspect of the wine bottling process; with each person taking home a bottle of wine they bottled, signed by the winemaker/owner, Dick Auger.
Conclude the evening with a trio of desserts specifically prepared to complement Taylor Brooke Winery’s dessert wines, including their famous Chocolate Essence. After a good night's sleep, another full country breakfast leaves you relaxed and satisfied!
Your weekend includes two nights lodging, chocolates, flowers, two breakfasts, wine tour and full tasting, two signature glasses, wines to enjoy with dinner and a bottle of self-bottled wine for you to take home. $500 per room.
Room Rates
Effective January, 2010: Standard rates range from from $100-$145 depending on season and other special events.
All prices are subject to 15% Connecticut Accommodations Tax (unless included in a "package" price).
Guarantees and Cancellations
Your reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for cancellation and/or "no show" according to the following regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
- Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to your check-in date will not be charged.
- Cancellations received during the 14 days prior to your check-in date will not be charged if we are able to sell your room.
- Cancellations for special packages must be 30 days in advance.
- Cancellations for groups or bookings more than 6 months in advance have a 30 day cancel policy.
- A "no show" (one who doesn't cancel and doesn't arrive on the check-in date) will be charged for his/her entire reservation.
- A $25 handling fee will be applied to all cancellations.
- Also, as we may have turned away business for you, there can be no refunds for early departures.
