All prices are subject to 12% Connecticut Accommodations Tax (unless included in a "package" price). 

Your reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for cancellation and/or "no show" according to the following regulations. Thank you for your understanding.

• Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to your check-in date will not be charged.
• Cancellations received during the 14 days prior to your check-in date will not be charged if we are able to sell your room.
• A "no show" (one who doesn't cancel and doesn't arrive on the check-in date) will be charged for his/her entire reservation.
• A $25 handling fee will be applied to all cancellations.
• Also, as we may have turned away business for you, there can be no refunds for early departures.
