Room Rates

Effective November, 2005:
Rates are per room, either single or double occupancy.

Midweek, $125/night, full country breakfast. $100/night if staying two or more nights or reserving more than one room.
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $145 one night, full country breakfast. $125/night if staying two or more nights or reserving more than one room.

All prices are subject to 12% Connecticut Accommodations Tax (unless included in a "package" price). Rates are slightly higher during some holidays, peak periods, and the month of October.

Guarantees and Cancellations

Your reservation may be guaranteed with a credit card.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for cancellation and/or "no show" according to the following regulations. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations received 10 or more days prior to your check-in date will not be charged.
Cancellations received during the 10 days prior to your check-in date will not be charged if we are able to sell your room.
A "no show" (one who doesn't cancel and doesn't arrive on the check-in date) will be charged for his/her entire reservation.
A $20 handling fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Also, as we may have turned away business for you, there can be no refunds for early departures.

Ours is a Non-Smoking Inn

Ours is a clearly stated non-smoking inn. The odor lingers, and many of our guests are sensitive to smoke. Therefore, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. Noncompliance will result in an automatic $100 surcharge to your credit card.
